Return and Exchange Policy 

Boutique brands understands that Internet shopping is different to shopping the conventional way. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the items received, Boutique Brands will happily exchange or refund the purchase price (Postage costs are not refundable unless the item is deemed faulty by Boutique Brands). 

Items need to be returned, at customer's expense, in original packaging with tags attached - and unworn and unwashed. It is highly recommended that any returns are sent via Registered Post as Boutique Brands will not be held responsible for items going astray in the mail. 

Boutique Brands takes great care in packaging your order so that it arrives at your doorstep intact and requests the same care be taken with returns. Boutique Brands will not be held responsible for any damage incurred to returns whilst in the care of Australia Post or any courier.

Please notify Boutique Brands within 7 days of receipt should you wish to make a return. All returns are to be pre-approved by Boutique Brands. Please clearly display your name (as indicated on invoice) on the returning package. 

Boutique Brands reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met. 

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods and will be made via the same payment method. 

Items purchased on SALE are not covered by our Returns and Exchange Policy unless deemed faulty. 

Once again, it is highly recommended that any returns or exchanges are sent via Registered Post as Boutique Brands will not be held responsible for items going astray in the mail. 

Please note exchanges will be charged an additional delivery fee.

Faulty Goods 

In the rare event that a fault or damage to your purchase is overlooked during dispatch, Boutique Brands will happily exchange or refund your purchase (including postage costs) providing it is returned in original packaging with tags attached – and is unworn and unwashed. Please notify Boutique Brands within 14 days of purchase should your items be damaged or otherwise faulty.
